Oracle NetSuite ERP and the tradeit ecommerce platform

Through tight integration between the tradeit ecommerce platform and your NetSuite ERP system an array of data can be shared. The flexibility of our ecommerce platform means that any features or functions of NetSuite can be replicated online, using data that is shared between the two systems. On a basic level this may include pushing customer, product, and pricing information from NetSuite to tradeit and sending order information and statuses back from tradeit to NetSuite. However, far more complex data can be shared including information such as packing slips, wishlists, back orders, product categories & relationships, financial statements, invoices, credit limits & terms, ordering permissions, returns, tax rates, shipping, loyalty points and much more.
- Manage different business units or brands in NetSuite and reflect that with unique front end ecommerce channels for each using tradeit.
- Push online orders from tradeit to Netsuite including discounts. Discounts can be split across all relevant order lines for much easier requisition.
- Management inventory in NetSuite and assign real-time stock levels and availability to tradeit.
- Set multiple currencies and taxation rules in NetSuite which can then be pushed to any international channels in tradeit.
- Make invoices, financial statements and credit limits available via their ecommerce site allowing customers to see, print and settle them online.
- Export order information from the tradeit ecommerce platform to provide a single customer view in NetSuite. Offline orders can either be processed by tradeit using the inbuilt call centre/MOTO capabilities, or imported from NetSuite, to provide users with a complete order history from any channel, in their online account.
- Import users to Netsuite that have been created in tradeit by super users. This will include name, email address and opt-in status.
- Send order status updates from Netsuite to the tradeit ecommerce platform which then updates customers through both email communications and within their account.
